The practical bits
Good chairs come with good answers.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the table or corner first, then compare the exact product dimensions. We’re happy to check a floor plan before you order.
How does delivery work?
We confirm a delivery window after purchase. Room-of-choice delivery and packaging removal are available where the carrier supports them.
What if I change my mind?
Returns depend on the final product and region. Read the draft Shipping & Returns policy and contact us before dispatch for help.
